Guidance on Multi-language Call Center

A call center has been established for non-Japanese customers. Please refer to the easy-to-understand guidance by Japan Post Bank on how to open different types of accounts.

  • The call center is available in English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Nepali, and Burmese.
  • Please note that when you arrive at the post office counter directly without contacting the call center in advance, you may not be able to make an application on that day, and we may ask you to make a reservation anew and visit the post office at a later date.
