Rule3: Don't bother to your pen pal with good relationship.
②If your pen pal application isn't correct or the concent doesn't suit JPPFC activities, we might send it back to you.
③We might not be able to promise you publication for introducing letter exchange.

Agree to provide your name and address to JPPFC members who wish to exchange letters.
