1.Please follow the rules below.
Rule1: Take personal responsibility for your correspondence with your pen pal.
Whether or not you continue exchanging letters is your own decision.
JPPFC may not be able to become involved in disputes or problems between pen pals.
Rule2: If you receive a letter from your pen pal, please make every effort to reply.
Rule3: Please be considerate of your pen pal and maintain a positive relationship.
2.JPPFC may be unable to accept applications that are incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for its activities.
3.Submission of an application does not guarantee that your profile will be published or that you will be matched with a pen pal.
4.Handling of Personal Information
・Your first name, age, country, and message will be published in Letter Park.
・Your full name and mailing address will be provided to JPPFC members who wish to exchange letters with you.
