Extension of the operating hours of ATMs
The operating hours of ATMs in the following post offices in Kumamoto Prefecture are being extended.

Emergency handling service
Emergency handling service is offered to the victims of the region to which the Disaster Relief Act is applied due to the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake.
Special handling of hospitalization insurance amount
In order to support the victims, we offer a special service to persons injured in the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake who could not be hospitalized immediately because of the situation of the disaster-stricken region, or because the beds in the hospital/clinic were full during the period, to pay the hospitalization insurance amount even during the period when hospitalization treatment had been necessary but could not be received.
