Suspension of Surface Mail Service to Mexico

Japan Post Co., Ltd. is temporarily suspending surface mail service (letter-post and parcel-post items) to Mexico, effective December 1, 2016.
This suspension is based on a notification from Mexico Post stating that, due to domestic circumstances, it is difficult for Mexico Post to continue processing inbound surface mail items.
