Incorrect Labeling of the Origin of Ingredients of Catalog Products

Shida Kanzume Co., Ltd. has informed us that it has discovered that some of its Choshi Nyubai Iwashi Kanzume canned sardines, which were listed in mail-order catalogs distributed at post offices, were made from ingredients originating in areas other than those indicated on the product packaging.
We are dealing with the products purchased as described below.
We would like to express our deepest apologies to our customers for any inconvenience that this may cause them.
Background
The packaging and catalogs stated that the sardines in this product had been landed at Choshi Port, but in fact, the sardines had been landed in Hokkaido, Hachinohe, and Sakaiminato.
