Sales were discontinued as of Saturday, September 30, 2023.
On or after Sunday, October 1, 2023, you can use them as International postcards by putting stamps equivalent to the difference in postage. From Sunday, October 1, 2023 to Thursday, November 30, 2023, you can exchange them with other postal stamps, free of charge.
After the expiry of the above period, you can exchange them with other postal stamps at an exchange fee.
