In cases where your mail has been lost or the contents have been damaged or are missing, we will compensate your loss.
Applicable Mail Types
- Registered Letter-Post
- Insured mail
- International Parcel Post
- Express Mail Service (EMS)
In cases where your mail or the contents are lost or damaged such that the damage is considered a total loss, we will compensate for the loss in an amount not exceeding the corresponding amount listed in the compensation table below.
In cases where part of your mail is missing or damaged, we will also compensate for the actual damage in an amount not exceeding the corresponding amount listed in the compensation table below.
