Creating a Waybill
An Air Waybill needs to be created per package using the waybill creation system we designate. Please make sure that the information is full and correct. Enter the HS Code or HTS Code for every item in the package.

Reference Handling in case of non-delivery
The sender can choose the method of handling for the cases when the package is not delivered for some reason. One can choose return or disposal of the package.
Making an invoice
An invoice (transmittal letter for customs clearance) needs to be created per package using the waybill creation system we designate. Please make sure that the information is full and correct.

Reference About an invoice
- An invoice is a description of the items to be shipped abroad that should be prepared by the sender.
- One invoice should be prepared per each package.

Responsibility for the waybill and invoice content lies with the sender.
Note Invoice description and contained items' discrepancy
The description of the items in the invoice and the actual contents of the package should coincide. If there is a discrepancy discovered during X-ray scanning or other inspection method, the package may be returned to sender under the category of "False Declaration".
