Deferred payment acknowledgement must be obtained
This service can be used by customers who carry our "Customer's Card (Yubin Biz Card)" and have received an acknowledgement of deferred payment at a post office that offers UGX.

Customers must use the waybill creation system we designate
When making a shipping by UGX, please use a special waybill issued using the online shipping tool available under the International Mail My Page Service. This service can be used by registered corporate members of the International Mail My Page Service (sole proprietors can also register as corporate members).
However, if you use the Amazon FBA Delivery Service or Amazon FBA Delivery Fulfillment Service, which are optional services, please access the dedicated website for the UGX Amazon FBA Delivery Service. Customers using the Service for Cross-Border EC Deliveries can also use Hubez in addition to the online shipping tool of the International Mail My Page Service.
- Hubez is a waybill creation system offered by the Lenton Group, a global logistics company in which Japan Post holds an equity stake.
Shipping plan should be confirmed by our company in advance
