How to use International Mail My Page Service

Online Shipping Tool

1. For using Online Shipping Tool

Specified pouches (vinyl bags) are essential for using the Online Shipping Tool. You can get them at post offices if they are in stock*. Be sure to confirm the system requirements especially for printers.

  • If you need many specified pouches, please contact the post office in advance.

2. Create labels

STEP1
Select the sender

A list of the registered sender address is displayed. You can add, edit and delete your address data if you want.

STEP2
Select the recipient

A list of the registered recipient address is displayed. You can add, edit and delete your address data if you want.

STEP3
Register the contents

  1. Select Shipping type and Shipping Method.
  2. Enter content details if your shipping cotains goods. You can enter 60 contents per ship.

    Notice
    Enter the name of content, weight, value and the number of goods correctly.

STEP4
Register the related information

  1. Enter the related information
    1. Register the scheduled shipping date. You can register a date up to two weeks in advance.
    2. Input the gross weight. The postage will be calculated.
      Notice
      Gross weight is the weight after fully packaged.
  2. Enter the information for customs notice and invoice
    1. Select the number of invoice. The number of invoices required by the customs of the destination country or region is set as initial.
    2. Input any appropriate information in Customs declaration/invoice remarks box.
  3. Set up the deliverly status mail

    You can set up the delivery status mails to the sender and recipient which are registerd in advance.

    Notice
    ・Depends on the country/region, you may not be able to get information.
    ・We update delivery status several times in a day. We will email only the latest status at the time we update.

STEP5
Confirm your shipping information

Confirm your shiipping information. Click the edit button for each category to amend the content if necessary.

STEP6
Print the labels

  1. Click Print button once you have read and consented to the precautionary items.
  2. Click the printer-shaped icon in the preview screen.

    Notice
    The preview is displayed in PDF format. Please do not save the PDF file.

  3. Confirm the number of each document and sign the documents where required.
  4. Confirm which documents to put in the pouch, keep, or submit to the post office. For details, please click Handling procedure (PDF:1.76MB).
  5. Finish by clicking Print completed button.

    The data on the printed labels is saved in the Shipping history.

    Notice
    If you ship on a date different from your pre-registered date, correct the date by hand.
    Please note that your shipping data will be deleted from the My Page sever if the acceptance of your postal item is not recorded within 14 days from the date you created a shipping label. In that case, you will not be able to receive delivery status notification emails or view the shipping history.

3. Planned shipment data

If you do not print out the labels soon after entering the shipping information, its data is saved to Planned shipment data. You can see the planned shipping list from Planned shipping data on the top menu.
Click each Print button.

4. Shipping history

The data on the printed labels is saved in the Shipping history. You can see the past data and track or recreate.
