Japan Post recommends using International Mail My Page Service under the following environment.
All service options provided by International Mail My Page Service are to be used within Japan only.

Without following environment, our My Page Service may not operate smoothly, or the labels may not appear properly on the screen.

PC	Windows or Macintosh with following browser
Browser	Windows 8.1/10 Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 Google Chrome Mozilla Firefox Microsoft Edge Macintosh Firefox Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 requires Adobe®Reader provided by Adobe Systems Incorporated.
Browser	*Online Shipping Tool uses JavaScript. Please activate JavaScript on your web browser.
Network Environment	Internet environment (SSL required) *Broadband is recommended.
Printer	JISC A4-size-capable laser printer dpi of 600 or more recommended (for clear printing of font and barcodes) Notice* Please be care about the quality of printed labels and barcodes. If you use a non- genuine toner or cartridge, the labels might be printed without sufficient quality.
Software	For Microsoft IE user Adobe Reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader) If your PC does not have Adobe Reader installed, please download it from the Adobe website. If Chinese characters cannnot be displayed, install the desired font via Adobe Reader.
