(Follow-up Notice 3) Resumption of Acceptance of Mail to the United States

As of Tuesday, April 14, 2026, we resumed accepting certain postal items destined for the United States and U.S. overseas territories at designated post offices.
Previously, as services for prepaying duties and creating shipping labels, we recommended the "Zonos Prepay App (Mobile/Web Version)," provided by Zonos—a company we recommend among those certified by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)—and "Ship&co(Japanese Version Only)" provided by BERTRAND Co., Ltd.
We are now pleased to announce that Zonos has released the "Zonos Dashboard," which offers features designed for customers sending bulk mail.
The "Zonos Dashboard" allows users to create shipping labels via CSV upload or API integration, prepay duties, and create and print waybills for postal items sent with postage to be paid subsequently.

Important Notes for Use

• Approval from Japan Post for post-payment of postage is required.
• A credit card must be registered for the prepayment of duties.
• The prepayment of duties explained in this notice is a transaction to be conducted between Zonos and the sender of a postal item. As we are not involved in this prepayment procedure, we only assume responsibility for the services we provide under the Terms and Conditions of International Mail.
