Redelivery

Thank you very much for using Japan Post.

If you are not home when we attempt to deliver a Yu-Pack package, international mail (EMS, parcel, registered mail, etc.) or other parcels or packages that will not fit in your mailbox, we will leave an "Undeliverable Item Notice" in your mailbox.

Please follow the instructions below to let us know whether you would prefer to have the mail redelivered or wish to pick them up at a specific post office.

Following instructions

  1. Inputting the tracking number.


  2. Choosing the type of mail.


  3. Choosing delivery day and time, enter recipient information.

  4. Confirmation of correct information.


  5. Application Complete.
