Trouble Regarding International Mail

Please check EMS Track & Trace first.

If the result of the delivery remains unknown or when the item is sent to a country where there is no tracking service, please apply for a search through submission of a Tracking Request Form in the Branch/Post Office from where the original item was sent. We will let you know the result after consulting the relevant Postal Company. You can download the Request Form and the Filling-out Example here. You can submit a tracking request within 6 months from the day of the original shipment.

We cannot take a tracking request by phone. Please make a tracking request in the Branch/Post Office from where the original item was sent.
Please have the following documents with you when making a request.

  • Any document or ID that can prove you are the sender or the addressee. (Example: Driver's License, Health Insurance Card)
  • Receipt for EMS and sender's receipt
