Trouble Regarding EMS

Items sent as EMS are broken or an item of mail is missing.

A sender should request an investigation by submitting a tracking claim to the post office if items sent as EMS were delivered to the addressee in a broken condition or if an item of mail was missing. Please submit the tracking claim within 6 months from the day of the shipment of your item.
The claim amount that equals to actual damages of the items contained in the EMS mail will be paid (20,000JPY if not requested otherwise with the upper limit of 2,000,000JPY)
