FAQ

Can I enter an overseas address in the sender's address field?

An overseas address cannot be entered directly in the sender's address field when using the International Mail My Page service. If you wish to indicate an overseas address in the sender's address field, please enter the postal code, prefecture, address, etc. of the place where you are staying in Japan and first print a label; then cross them out by drawing double lines through them and fill in the overseas address by hand.
Please note, however, that the information you have entered will be sent as electronic advanced data.
For postal items which contain goods whose total value exceeds 200,000 yen, and which are therefore subject to export declaration, please make sure to create a label with the address of your residence or stay in Japan as the sender address. An address in Japan is required for customs clearance procedures for export.

If you have a large volume of mail, or if it is not particularly inconvenient for you, please make the label with the address of the place where you are staying in Japan.
