FAQ

After registering as a member, I clicked on the URL in the confirmation email, but I cannot complete the registration. (The top page of My Page Service is displayed.)

There are two possible reasons:

  1. The 24-hour time limit for the official registration URL has passed. If you would like to use the same email address, please re-register as a member after 00:00 of the next day. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  2. Registration may be complete. Please try to log in with the email address and password that you registered.
