FAQ Can I ship after the scheduled shipping date? |
It can be shipped within the expiration date of the label. (the period from the date of printing to the date entered as the scheduled shipping date or within 14 days from the latter date)
If your postal item is not sent within 14 days from the date of creation of a shipping label, the shipping data for the item will be automatically deleted from the Shipping History of the International My Page Service.
In that case, you will not be able to receive delivery status notification emails or view the shipping history. To avoid this, please send your postal items on the initially registered shipping date if possible.
