FAQ How long are the created labels effective? |
Labels are effective for 14 days before and after the planned shipping date that you have entered.
If your postal item is not sent within 14 days from the date of creation of a shipping label, the shipping data for the item will be automatically deleted from the Shipping History of the International My Page Service.
In that case, you will not be able to receive delivery status notification emails or view the shipping history. To avoid this, please send your postal items on the initially registered shipping date if possible.
