FAQ How long are the created labels effective? |
Labels are effective for seven days before and after the planned shipping date that has been entered. If items are mailed after this period, EAD may not be sent. Therefore, we ask that items be mailed on the planned date to the greatest extent possible. If items are not mailed, data for the items will be saved in the Shipping History of the International My Page Service for seven days after the labels are printed. After the items are mailed, data will be saved for 180 days from the mailing date.
Data for untracked items will be saved for 180 days after the labels are printed.
