I registered, but I haven't received an email yet.

The following reasons can be considered for why the email has not arrived.

Your registered email address is incorrect.

Please double check that you have entered your email address correctly.

Your mobile phone is set to limited reception.

Please set your phone so that you can receive the following domains.
@ems-post.jp @ml.post.japanpost.jp
Domain means the part of an email address after "@".
If you want to know about email filtering settings, please check the website of your mobile phone shop or that of other shops.

The email is in your junk folder.

The email may be regarded as a junk email because of your filtering setting.
Please check your junk email folder to see if the email is there.

Your mailbox is full.

Please check the capacity of your email box and try the procedure again.

Your mobile phone is set not to receive email containing URLs.

Emails from My Page Service may not be received if the setting that rejects emails containing URLs is active. Please check the website of your mobile phone shop if you want to know how to set/change the settings.
