FAQ Can I use a copy of the printed shipping label? |
You cannot copy the shipping label and use it for multiple postal items because this may cause problems such as not being able to transmit Electronic Advance Data properly or not being able to make an inquiry.
If you wish to create a shipping label for the same contents as a label previously created, please use "Recreate" in the "Shipping History". In this case, a new item number will be issued.
