Yes, you can pay the charges in stamps. You can affix stamps amounting to the postal charge to the postal item, but for even a single EMS item you can take advantage of convenient bulk handling procedures.
However, when the EMS Discount Rate per Submission is applied, you cannot pay the charges in stamps.
