You need to submit it unlocked or locked with the key attached since customs may need to open it for inspection. Please also note that since the suitcase itself is considered part of the exterior package, damage to parts such as the wheels or handles is not covered by the Insurance Program. Considering the security of your mail, we strongly recommend that you pack it in a cardboard box.
