Notice of possible delay in Air Mail to/from the Russian Federation

Russian Post has notified Japan Post that due to stricter customs clearance at international airports and international post office in Moscow, there may be delays in the delivery of air mail in the Russian Federation.

Furthermore, there may also be delays in the arrival of mail sent from the Russian Federation to Japan.
