Discount Rate per Submission (Submission at one time)
This is a type of discount that applies when more than 10 items are sent at once.

Discount Requirements
- Applies to payment of postage other than by affixing postage stamps (only those paid in cash), payment of postage by the use of a franking machine, or post-payment of postage.
Discount Rate per Month
This is a type of discount that applies when more than 50 items are sent per month.

- Limited to post-payment cases.
Annual Volume Discount
This is a type of discount that applies when more than 6,000 items were sent during the past year.

Discount Requirements
- Please apply using a designated application form until the 15th of the month previous to the starting month.
- It applies if more than 6,000 items were sent during the past year counting back from the month previous to the month of application.
- Limited to post-payment cases.
- When the annual discount applies, discount rate per submission or discount rate per month cannot be used.
- There is a special system for those customers whose number of posted items for the previous year did not reach 6,000 items, but they are planning to send over 6,000 items during the following year.
