Trouble Regarding International Mail

The parcel I sent overseas has not arrived.

In cases where mail sent overseas, or sent from overseas, has not arrived, we trace the mail if it is within six months of the day it was posted. Please submit a request for the tracing service at the following post offices. Tracing requests will not be accepted from January 1, 2010; but if the date the mail was dispatched is July 1, 2009, or later, and if the request is within six months of the date of dispatch, a trace will be made. Please be aware, however, that even in this case, there are certain countries where traces cannot be made.
