Trouble Regarding International Mail I want to recover mail that I already posted. |
A request for return of a postal item can be made prior to the completion of shipping preparations at the post office in charge of overseas mail shipments (International Mail Exchange Office).
If the shipping preparations are already completed, the ability to request return of an item depends on the type of item posted and the destination country/territory.
Please check the service conditions of each country/territory (Japanese version only).
Please be advised that you may not be able to get it back.
