As we have announced previously, considerable delivery delays are expected for outbound mail items to China due to significant cancellations of flights that were scheduled to transport postal items to China since February 10. It is expected to take more than two weeks to upload the items to China that have already been accepted at present.
Therefore, we are trying our best to dispatch promptly as many postal items as possible to China by reserving charter flights to that country, transporting items via other countries and cooperating with the postal operator in China. Although delivery will require considerable more time than usual, it would be appreciated if you would kindly understand this situation in advance.

The following information is based on notifications from other designated postal operators concerning delivery delays. The situation may change according to the circumstances. Updates will be provided as revised information is received.

Destined to China

The designated postal operator of China has informed us that delays will be experienced in the delivery of inbound mail items all over China due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection.
In addition, addressees will be contacted by phone before delivery and items will not be handed directly to addressees.

Destined to Hong Kong

The designated postal operator serving Hong Kong has informed us that disruptions will be experienced in all inbound and outbound mail processing due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection.

Destined to Macao

The designated postal operator serving Macao has informed us that some of their postal services will be suspended until February 16 due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection.

Destined to Mongolia

The designated postal operator of Mongolia has informed us that disruptions will be experienced in all inbound and outbound mail processing due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection. All educational institutions in Mongolia will be closed from 27 January to 2 March 2020, and the organization of public activities is also prohibited during this period.
