Delay of SAL mail delivery to the United States of America

One of our outsourcing airline companies has informed us that it could not load SAL mail items, which were posted from mid-September to late September and bound for the United States of America, onto its aircraft due to a computer system error.

These SAL mail items were loaded onto its aircraft on November 19 and arrived in the United States of America on November 20.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused you in this connection.
