Delivery Delays of International Postal Items due to the Volcanic Eruption in Chile

Due to the volcanic ash cloud formed by the eruption of Puyehue-Cordon Caulle Volcano in Chile, both arrival and departure flights are only operating intermittently in some countries of South America and in some areas of Australia.
Consequently, delays in delivery of international postal items sent to the following destinations may occur. Please note that this also applies to the postal items sent from these areas to Japan.
