Changes to the International Mail Conditions List

Note: As of the time of posting, infomration included in this page is valid.

Starting Tuesday, January 16, 2007, some parts of the International Mail Conditions List will be changed. Main changes are as follows.

Delivery conditions

Country or area Changes
United States of America Changes to delivery conditions for parcels (No longer handling requests for recovery of mail that has been sent and changes of shipping address)
Brazil Changes to delivery conditions for parcels (Changes to required documents)
Philippines EMS will be provided in all regions
Switzerland No longer offering tracking service for non-receipt of standard mail.

Prohibited articles

Canada Addition to prohibited articles (Munitions)
China Changes to conditionally acceptable articles (Rice)
France Deletion from conditionally acceptable articles (Gold foil, etc.)

Addition to conditionally acceptable articles (Health food)

Changes have been made to the list of manufacturers of disposable body warmers that can be sent by international mail. For details, please refer to the list of manufacturers of disposable body warmers that can be sent by international mail.
