• Certification of acceptance time

  Acceptance time of the postal item is certified.

  • Certification of acceptance time is available only for registered mail (excluding simplified registration).

• Delivery certification

  The fact that the postal item is delivered is certified.

  • Certification of delivery is available only for registered mail (excluding simplified registration).

• Certification of contents

  The content of postal items is certified with a certification form.

  • Certification of contents is available only for registered mail (excluding simplified registration).

• Acceptance-recorded mail

  The acceptance of the postal item is recorded.

• ID confirmation delivery service

  Postal items are issued only to the addressee or the proxy designated by the sender. ID confirmation delivery service is available only for registered mail (excluding simplified registration).

• Reply-requested mail

  Reply using a postcard is requested with consent from the addressee upon delivering or issuing at a counter a non-standard size postal item with a postcard for reply (payment of postage by addressee) attached (post-payment of postage, registered mail).

• Cash on delivery

  The amount of charge designated by the sender is received from the addressee at the time of delivery and the money is sent to the sender in a prescribed method. Cash on delivery with the amount to be collected of 300,000 yen or more is available only for registered mail (excluding simplified registration).

• Delivery date-specified mail

  The date of delivery can be designated to suit the convenience of the user.
