In order to make changes to the name of your addressee, please contact the post office near you.
Please be advised that in case of EMS or postal items sent to countries that do not provide addressee name change service, the name change could only be performed if the item is not yet prepared for shipment from the exchange office (a post office used for overseas shipment).
The charges for addressee name change service are as follows:

• If the request is made before the item is prepared for shipment from the post office – Free of charge
• If the request is made after the item is prepared for shipment from the post office – 530 yen
