Delay of mail delivery to certain regions in China

The designated postal operator of China has informed us that that severe floods in the provinces of Hubei, Hunan, Anhui, Jiangsu and Zhejiang (postcodes in the following ranges: 430000–443000, 410011–427000, 230000–247000, 210000–226000, 310000–325800) are affecting the collection and delivery of all mail products as of 6 July 2016.

Inbound mail from China may also be delayed for the same reason.
