Delays in mail delivery to Certain Regions in Ecuador

The designated postal operator of Ecuador has informed us that the severe earthquakes that have occurred in that country since 16 April 2016 have seriously impacted acceptance, processing and delivery of mail, especially in the province of Manabi.

We received a list of the areas in Manabi province that have been affected by the earthquakes. The names of the affected cantons and the main cities in Manabi province are listed in the table below for your reference.

There may also be delays in the arrival of mail sent from those areas to Japan.
