Regarding Changes to the International Postal Requirements

A part of International Postal Requirements has changed starting from September 24, 2010. Main changes are stated below.

Posting/Delivery Requirements and Prohibited Items

Country Changes
South Africa Number of necessary copies of CN23 Customs Declaration for parcel mail, handling process for return of items, addressee's name change, delivery method, receipt notice for parcel post, territories with applicable EMS and its method of delivery changed
Croatia Express delivery of mail post and parcel mail abolished
India The maximum permitted value of parcel mail with insurance changed
Republic of Niger Number of necessary copies of CN23 Customs Declaration for parcel mail, handling process for parcel mail with insurance changed
Pakistan The maximum permitted value of parcel mail with insurance changed
Saint Lucia Handling process for parcel mail with insurance, return of items, addressee's name change, and receipt notice for parcel mail changed
Belarus Items of cultural value, plants, seeds, precious stones etc. are now prohibited for posting.
