Express Mail Service（EMS） Time Certain Service |
Time Certain Service
- This is an EMS service to be delivered by the designated time on the following day. Available for Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, and China (Beijing/Shanghai).
- Senders are notified of delivery completion via fax.
- If EMS mail is not be delivered on time, the additional charges for this service are reimbursed.(except for unavoidable cases)
Temporary Suspension of Time Certain Service

- Due to the notification from destination post, Japan Post Service suspends acceptance of EMS Time Certain items for Beijing (China) from April 14,2011.

- Time Certain mail cannot be accepted on Fridays (except in Singapore), Saturdays, Sundays, year-end and new year holidays, and Japanese national holidays.
- Due to weather or flight conditions, EMS may be suspended occasionally.Such cases can be checked with the above Temporary Suspension of Time Certain Service.
- In addition, the service is also not available onthe day before a holiday in any of the designated countries.Please be sure to confirm holidays of the designated countries.
