Handling Charge for Exchange of Aerogrammes or Postcards
If you make a mistake when writing, you can exchange the item for a new one subject to payment of the following charge:
- An aerogrammes 10 yen
- An international postcards 5 yen
International Reply Coupon
An international reply coupon is used when you do not wish to have the addressee pay the return postage.The coupon is exchangeable in any Universal Postal Union country for one or more postage stamps representing the minimum postage prepayable on a priority item or an unregistered letter sent abroad by air.In Japan, the coupon is exchangeable for one or more stamps equivalent to 130 yen, an international postcard, or an aerogramme issued by the Minister of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications. Selling price:150 yen per coupon.
