When using a special mail service(registered mail,express mail,etc.), please add the rate for special mail service to the normal rate.
Note 2
Simplified registered mail cannot be used for types of parcels other than booklet parcel.
Note 3
Delivery date-specified mail service can be used only for first-class mail, second-class mail, fourth-class mail for the blind and parcels.
This service is not available from December 26 through January 5.
